Rachel is an Integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. She has 7 year’s experience working with adults, couples, and parents in a range of therapeutic settings. She is a qualified clinical and creative supervisor. Rachel has gained experience working with a variety of presenting issues including, relationship difficulties, abuse, childhood difficulties, anxiety, personal self-development.
Rachel will be working creatively with adults and couples. The use of creative
approaches can offer changes in perspective. Enabling connectivity to other parts of
our mind and a stronger connection to self. If you are struggling to communicate in a relationship, feeling stuck or feeling unable to express your feelings, she can support you with this.
Rachel is currently completing a Masters in Psychosexual Therapy. Psychosexual therapy looks at sexual problems in a relationship. Rachel works with a range of common themes including:
